Guests

The guest user profile allows the login into the application with a single link. It’s mainly for one-time users like politicians, artists, sport players … This link is only valid for 7 days

To create a guest user, login as a Studio User. On the bottom left panel click “Temporal user”

Click on temporal users

Click “New” to create your new user

Create new user

Type your new user name and click “Accept”

Now you can copy your link to share with your users

… or you can type his email and click the envelop icon

… or you can type his phone and click the WhatsApp icon

Then click close

Congratulations, you have just created your first guest user. Remember this type of user is only valid for 7 days.

Your guest only need to open the link either in his web browser or mobile device to be available to receive an incoming call

You can review your existing guest users at any time. With their names and expire date. If you need to recover the link, click on the eye icon next to the user name
